Should a TT bike be smaller?
Neither you should buy a frame that fits, not compromising with slightly too small or slightly too large. On a road bike you can kind of get a way with it, but fit is so important on a tri bike that I wouldn’t compromise at all
What is TT size?
Size Does Matter – Wheels & Top Tubes 20” Wheels are the most common and are the true size for BMX. The Top Tube (TT) measurement is the most important measurement when considering a new bike. This is more important than wheel size.
